企业暂时解雇策略研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 研究和应对失业有必要了解企业的解雇行为。暂时解雇是企业应对短期市场需求下降的一种缓冲措施,被解雇的工人在经历一段时间的失业以后会重新回到原来的雇主那里就业。失业保险制度对企业采取暂时解雇策略有重大的影响。了解暂时解雇的经济原理,对企业制定应对商业危机的措施和政府帮扶企业的产业政策有启发和参考价值。
