摘要
目的:研究金花葵总黄酮对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制作用。方法:利用乙醇回流提取法提取金花葵花中的总黄酮,采用分光光度法测定不同浓度金花葵总黄酮对酪氨酸酶活性的影响。结果:金花葵总黄酮对酪氨酸酶的活性存在一定抑制作用,且随浓度的增加和时间的延长,对酶活性的抑制作用显著增强,当总黄酮浓度为1.50mg/mL时,达到最高抑制率(79.5%)。结论:金花葵总黄酮具有抑制酪氨酸酶活性的作用,故有一定的美白功效,在美容方面有潜在的应用价值。
Objective : To study on Inhibitory Effect of Flavonoid Extracts from Hibiscus manihot L on Tyrosinase Activity. Method: In this article, the author extracted flavonoid from Hibiscus manihot L by alcohol reflux , and measure the effects of different concentration flavonoid extracts on tyrosinase activity using the Spectrophotometry. Result: It approved that flavonoid extracts of Hibiscus manihot L could inhibit tyrosinase activity, the inhibition gradually strengthened with the increase of the concentration and the growth of the time, and the highest inhibition rate was 79. 5%. Conclusion: The restdts showed that flavonoid extracts of Hibiscus maniho L had whitening effect , and potential application value in aesthetic research.
