摘要
采用物理、化学方法,研究了治理与综合利用环氧丙烷生产排放的高浓度有机氯化物废水的工艺,在小试、中试的基础上,确定生产的工艺条件,并投入实际运行,取得了令人满意的效果。有机氯化物回收利用率达到95%以上,废水达到零排放,走出了一条综合利用废水的新途径。
A pysicochemical method is used to study the treating and recovering technology of the wastewater containing organic chlorides of high concentration from producing propylene oxide, on the basis of which the conditions of production technique are determined and actual operations are put into effect, from which satisfactory results have been obtained. The recovery of the organic chlorides is up to over 95% with a zero release of the wastewater. As a result, a new path for using comprehensively wastewater has been opened up.
