摘要
针对冷轧现场工艺设备条件,基于显式动力学弹塑性有限元法基本理论,应用AN-SYS/LS-DYNA软件,建立了不同宽度的带钢冷轧弯辊力正弯模型,对带弯辊力的轧制过程进行了数值模拟分析。通过对模拟结果的对比分析,给出比较可信的弯辊力值。
For the existing conditions of technology and equipment in Cold Rolled Mill of Angang, the positive bending model on a bending roller' s rolling force for cold wiling strips with different width is established by application of ANSYS/LS - DYNA software based on the basic principle of dynamics explicit elastic - plastic FEM (finite elemem method) in order to carry out the numerical simulation analysis on the rolling procedure with the rolling force of a bending roller. And as a result relatively reliable values of rolling force applied by the bending rollers are defined through analyzing the simulated results by comparison.
