摘要
房地产行业由于其行业的特殊性,在财务管理上呈现出高财务风险性,因此,应对房地产企业的财务风险进行有效地控制和管理。文章分析房地产行业财务风险特点,针对房地产行业财务风险问题构建了房地产公司财务风险控制模式,为房地产公司进行财务风险管理提供参考。
