摘要
钻机启动过程中的冲击载荷造成快绳拉力过大是钢丝绳在滚筒缠绕过程中发生夹绳、乱绳事故的主要原因之一。根据机械系统动力学理论,建立钻机起升系统动力学模型,能够解决钢丝绳缠绕过程中快绳拉力的求解问题。
One of the accident of wire line squeeze and disorder is caused by the impact force happened on fast line during rig starting.Based on the dynamics theory of mechanics,a dynamics mode of rig lifting system was established,which can get the solution of the said problems of fast line pulling force.
