摘要
对油套管接箍磷化前进行预处理是磷化处理中的重要工序。通过分析国内外常用的清洗方法,采用超声波技术对接箍进行清洗试验研究,根据试验结果确定了超声波清洗工艺参数和工艺流程。应用该技术能有效提高接箍的磷化效果和效率。
Pretreatment which determine the quality of phosphatisation is an important process of coupling phosphating.In this paper,through the analysis of cleaning methods commonly used both at home and abroad,the ultrasonic cleaning technology for pilot study was selected to do this test.And according to the test result,the process parameters and processes were determined.Application of the technology effectively improved the coupling effect and efficiency of phosphatisation.
