摘要
针对环保投资变化的非平稳性,采用灰色GM(1,1)模型分析环保投资的趋势项并与历史环保投资比较得一系列残差,然后应用人工神经网络模型进行修正以提高精度。应用实例表明,该方法效果良好,较单一的灰色模型信息利用率要高,在分析、预测环保投资动态发展趋势方面具有一定的应用价值。
In view of the non—stationarity of environmental protection investment,the paper first set up the grey model for the analysis of environmental protection trend.By comparing grey model values with the original ones,we got a series of errors,then by means of the secondary data,we further applied artificial neural network model to the adaptability modification of the errors resulting from the grey model.Application examples given in the paper showed that the method was efficient and its information rate was higher than that of conventional methods.
