摘要
时代呼唤着越来越多的教育家型校长,而校长培训是促进教育家型校长成长的有效途径,培训可以帮助校长开阔视野、更新知识、训练技能、反思经验和相互交流,对于促进校长终身学习、提升理论素养、提高领导能力、总结办学行为和展示办学成效起到重要作用,但当前的校长培训工作难以适应教育家型校长成长的需要,存在着针对性不强、忽视校长经验的反思、较少校长的深度参与、缺乏校长办学思想的凝炼和忽视办学实践的改进等问题。针对教育家型校长的需求,培训在策略选择上要:突出个性化、强调反思性、注重经验分享、重视理念提升、坚持实践导向。
The training of principals is an effective way to cultivate educationist- oriented principals. The training can help a headmaster to widen his vision, renew his knowledge and skills, and enhance his leadership abilities. The training strategies should focus on individuality, reflection, sharing experience, perfecting ideas, and practice.
