摘要
该文针对装载机主传动器中主动锥齿轮的预紧问题,研究了主动锥齿轮轴承轴向预紧力与内、外圈轴向相对位移以及预紧力矩的关系,提出以测量容易实现、精度较高的轴承启动摩擦力矩来替代测量较难实现的轴向预紧力,并研制成功了轴承启动摩擦力矩测量的设备。该设备主传动器中锁紧螺母转速比主动锥齿轮略快,利用这一差速拧紧锁紧螺母,逐步地预紧轴承,在对主动锥齿轮进行自动装配的同时,具有自动测量预紧力矩和启动摩擦力矩功能,使主动锥齿轮得到合适的预紧。设备在青岛卡罗拉传动有限公司运行两年多来,降低了工人劳动强度,提高了主传动器的装配质量和效率。
Aiming at the pre-tightening problems of the driving bevel gear of the main transmission device of the loader,the relationship among the bearing axial pre-tightening force of driving bevel gear,the axial relative displacement of the bearing inner and outer ring and the pre-tightening moment,was analyzed.The paper suggested measuring bearing start friction moment,which was easy to achieve and had highly precise,instead of measuring the axial pre-tightening force,which was hard to achieve.The equipment which realized the measuring of the bearing start friction torque had been developed successfully. It could make the rotational speed of the lock nut in the main transmission device a little faster than that of the driving bevel gear, and the differential speed was used to tighten the lock nut and the bearings gradually. It had the function of measuring the pre-tightening moment and the start friction moment automatically at the same time, the driving bevel gear was assembled automatically. The equipment has been put into operation for more than two years, and can relieve the labor intensity and improve the assembling quality and efficiency of the main transmission device.
