摘要
目前战术导弹在设计阶段一般很少考虑后期维护工作的便利性,造成了导弹全寿命周期费用的增加。本文结合导弹保障工作中实际存在的问题,应用全寿命周期费用管理的思想,提出了若干导弹设计技术的改进思路。这些新技术的应用,将有效降低导弹武器的成本,提高全寿命周期费用管理的效能。
Generally, the convenience of tactical missile maintenance is not considered at design stage, therefore the LCC (Life Cycle Cost) of missile is increased. For the practical problem existing in missile maintenance, some improved technique about missile design is presented with the thought of LCC. The application of new technique can reduce the cost of missile and enhance the efficiency of LCC.
