新型高压隔离驱动电源的相平面分析及优化

State Plane Analysis and Optimization of a Novel High-voltage Insulation Drive Power Supply

摘要 为给电力系统和大功率电力电子装置可靠供电,介绍了一种采用新的谐振型电流母线架构来实现高压隔离和多路输出的驱动电源。它通过串联谐振获得电流平均值恒定的准正弦母线电流,谐波含量低;感性模式下,零电压开通,降低了开关损耗;可以工作在短路状态,自身具有功率限制的特性。在介绍了主电路的拓扑及特点后用相平面法分析了在串联谐振感性模式下,谐振电路在短路和满载下的动态特性,得出了谐振电流峰值的表达式,并针对短路时谐振电感损耗严重的情况进行分析和优化。样机验证实验结果表明,优化后,减少了损耗,提高性能和效率。 We introduced a high-voltage-insulated drive power supply, which adopts the novel resonant-type current bus architecture to realize high voltage isolation and multi-output, and applied it to power systems and high-power power electronics devices. A quasi-sinusoidal current bus with constant average current and low harmonic distortion was obtained in the series resonant circuit. The above mode, in which zero-voltage-switching reduces switching losses, can be operated in both short-circuit state and full load mode, and has the inherent characteristics of power restrictions. The topology and characteristic of inverter were analyzed. In both short-circuit and full load mode, the analysis of dynamic characteristics of resonant current in the series resonance circuit in the above mode was presented by state plane diagram . The expression of resonant peak current was put forward . The experimental results show that losses are reduced, and the performance and efficiency are improved by optimization.
