摘要
以冲焰式扩散燃烧器为研究对象,应用fluent数值模拟软件,运用非预混燃烧模型模拟不同的火焰对冲角度对火焰形态,燃烧温度以及CO和NOX排放量的影响。根据数值模拟结果,分析其燃烧特性和污染物排放特性随火焰对冲角度变化的规律,从而对该类燃烧器的优化设计提供指导。
This paper uses the computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT as tools to simulate the burner' s flame form, combustion temperature and the emission concentration of CO and NOx impacted by different flames intersecting angle, by using nopremixed combustion models to simulate combustion reaction process. Analyzing the laws of its combustion chracteristics and pollution emission characteristics changed followed flames intersecting angle according to the numerical simnlation result, and provide guidance for this kind of burner' s optimal design.
