摘要
本文从食品中金黄色葡萄球菌检测的技术发展现状的角度出发,介绍了利用生物化学、免疫学和分子生物学的技术手段检测金黄色葡萄球菌的技术和方法,特别是近几年来基因操作技术在金黄色葡萄球菌快速检测方面的应用研究,这些技术对该领域产生了很大的推动作用。
This text wrote from the angle of technological current situation of the development of Staphylococcus aureus in food, recommended utilizing the technological means of biochemistry, immunology and molecular biology to measure tile technology and method of pathogens more systematically, especially application study of the operating teehnology of gene for fast detection in pathogens in recent years, the teehnology had produced the enormous impetus to this field.
