摘要
用酶联免疫吸附法（ＥＬＩＳＡ）检测了我国Ⅱ型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）患者血清中载脂蛋白Ａ－Ⅳ（ａｐｏＡ－Ⅳ）的水平，并分析了它与其他７项血清参数ＴＧ、ＴＣ、ＨＤＬ－Ｃ、空腹血葡萄糖（ＦＰＧ）、ａｐｏＡ－Ⅰ、ａｐｏＢ１００和对数Ｌｐ（ａ）之间的关系。结果显示：与正常人群相比，ＮＩＤＤＭ患者ａｐｏＡ－Ⅳ和ＦＰＧ的血清水平显著增高（皆Ｐ＜０００１），ＨＤＬ－Ｃ和ａｐｏＡ－Ⅰ的血清水平显著降低（Ｐ＜０００１，Ｐ＜００５）。通过简相关分析和多元回归分析，两组人群ａｐｏＡ－Ⅳ的血清水平与ＨＤＬ－Ｃ和ＦＰＧ的血清水平呈正相关，与ＴＧ血清水平无显著相关性。可看出：ＮＩＤＤＭ患者血清ＨＤＬ中的两种主要载脂蛋白Ａ－Ⅰ和Ａ－Ⅳ的分布比例可能发生异常，致使ＨＤＬ逆向转运胆固醇的功能减弱。
The serum apoA-Ⅳlevel was measured by ELISA and normal subjects,and the relation between levels of apoA-Ⅳ and 7 quantitative traits Was analyzed. Results showed that NIDDM patients had significantly higher levels of TG,TC,apoB 100 ,lgLp(a),apoA-Ⅳ and fasting plasma glucose and significantly lower levels of HDL-C and apoA-Ⅰ than those of control subjects(P<0 05) The multiple regression analysis showed that apoA-Ⅳ serum levels in NIDDM patients and control subjects were positively related to HDL-C level(P<0 01,P<0 05)and fasting glucose level(P=0 0758,P<0 01) There was no relation between apoA-Ⅳ level and TG level in NIDDM The result suggests that the distribution proportion of apoA-Ⅳ and apoA-Ⅰ in HDL is probably abnormal It results in the abnormal function of the reverse cholesterol transports of HDL And this is likely related to the increased incidence AS in NIDDM patients
