全腹腔脏器整体移植的麻醉

Anesthesia in multivisceral transplantation

摘要 全腹腔脏器整体移植（multivisceral transplantation，MVTx）可用于治疗腹腔多器官的不可逆衰竭或肿瘤性疾病，其优点是切除全部腹腔脏器，完全去除了病灶，可治愈传统方法无法治愈的良性疾病甚至部分恶性肿瘤。现就MVTx的意义、适应症、发展历程以及手术麻醉等研究现况作一综述。 Muhivisceral Transplantation（MVTx） could be applied to treat abdominal multiple organ failure due to irreversible or neoplastic diseases. With this procedure, all abdominal organs can be resected to eliminate focus of infection and to cure some nonmalignant diseases or malignant tumors that traditional methods can not handle. This article reviews the significance, indication, history and research status of MVTx.
