为探讨精细化管理在学科建设中的作用，此文阐述了精细化管理的重要性，将精细化管理引入麻醉科科室管理并分析了其地位和意义，重点交流了精细化管理在麻醉科科室管理中的应用体会。
To discuss the role of refined management in the department construction, this paper elaborated the importance of refined management and its introduction into the subject construction of anesthesia department, and analyzed its position and meaning. The point is the experience of application of refined management in the anesthesia department.
