摘要
阐述了高校评估的意义及提高教务人员管理水平的必要性;分析了教务人员的职责;提出了提高教务人员教学管理水平的几点建议。指出提高教务人员的职业素质和创新素质,加强队伍建设,建立合理的考核激励机制是全面提高教务人员管理水平的关键。
The meaning of teaching evaluation in colleges and universities and the necessity to improve the administrative ability of teaching administrators are clarified. The duty of teaching administrators is analyzed and some suggestions to improve their administrative level are put forward. It is pointed out that the keys to improve the administrative ability of teaching administrators are improving their vocational and innovational quality, strengthening teaching staff building and constructing reasonable checking and incentive system.
