摘要
在电控发动机喷油器开启过程中,管路内部油液流动会导致压力波动,影响喷油量和雾化效果。本文以4缸汽油发动机供油系统为研究对象,建立了AMESim仿真模型,并将模拟结果与实际测试值进行对比,验证了模型的准确性。以此就系统核心部件的结构参数对系统内压力波动及喷油量的影响进行了变参数分析。
The flowing of gasoline can cause the fluctuations of pressure while the injectors of EFI engine opening.This will affect the amount of fuel injection and the atomization effect of gasoline.This article established an AMESim simulation model based on a 4-cylinder gasoline engine,and then took the simulation results comparing to the actual value of the test to verify the accuracy of the model.Furthermore,this article focused on the parameters of the key components of the system to see how the system pressure fluctuations and the amount of fuel injection vary.
