摘要
文章采用胶乳共混法制备得到了天然橡胶/羧甲基壳聚糖抗菌复合材料,并研究了材料的结构与性能。结果表明,羧甲基壳聚糖加入天然橡胶后,红外谱图上1700cm-1附近的吸收峰强度发生了变化,材料的热氧化稳定性增强,并获得了抗菌的性能,综合文章所得结果,羧甲基壳聚糖的加入量应小于4%较适宜。
A novel composite was prepared by mixing natural rubber latex with caboxymethyl-chitosan. The structure and properties of the composite was studied in the paper. Results showed that after adding carboxymethyl-chitosan into natural rubber, the intensity of absorption peak changed near 1730 cm^-1 in the infrared spectra image. And the thermo oxidative stability of the composite was enhanced; furthermore the composite obtained antibacterial properties. In summary it was appropriate that the addition of carboxymethyl-chitosan amount should be less than 4 % according to the dry rubber.
