摘要
本文报道用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究盐酸育亨宾的活化能和盐酸育亨宾与其制剂的稳定性差异。实验表明:盐酸育亨宾具有较高的活化能,稳定性较好;其制剂的活化能更高,稳定性优于原料。
Differential Scanning Carolimetry was used to study the stability of Yohimbine hydrochloride and the def ference between Yohimbine hydrochloride and its tablets. The resulting thermograms indicated that yohimbine hydrochloride had a high activation energy, and a good stability; and its tablets had highter activation energy.
