摘要
通过对叠盘式假捻机摩擦盘的理论研究,结合实际工艺参数选择,利用UG下三维立体建模,对摩擦盘进行优化设计,从而得出摩擦盘理论廓形曲线的数学模型。在与德国摩擦盘的测量数据进行对比分析后,验证了国外进口产品的测量数据与摩擦盘设计理论的一致性。
In this paper, through the theoretical research on friction disc for the mechanics of disk-type fdction false twisting, according to the actual process parameter selection, 3D solid modeling is carried out by the software UG and the design of the friction disc is optimized,so as to derive the mathematical model of friction disc profile. The measurement data of friction disc imported from Germany is analyzed, and the consistency of the friction disc design theory with the Germany product is verified.
