摘要
介绍了复印机送纸机构的结构及工作原理;建立了主要包括以恒速旋转的送纸轮和分离轮的力学计算模型。根据此模型又建立了纸张分离和传送过程中的动力学方程,应用MAT-LAB软件进行了数值仿真计算,分析了反向扭矩对这两个过程的影响,其中采用了修正后的库仑摩擦力替代该模型中各个接触表面的摩擦力。
This paper introduces the working principle and mechanical structure of paper feeding mechanisms of copiers and makes a mechanics model for the feed mechanism, which is composed of a feed roller rotating at a constant velocity and a separation roller with reverse torque. So we form dynamic equations during paper separation progress and paper feed progress based on analysis of the simple model and get the simulation results of paper feed progress by MATLAB software and the effect of reverse torque on these processes. In the simulation, the modified Coulomb friction force is used to represent the friction force of each contact surface.
