摘要
阐述公路建设项目可持续发展的内容,概括分析其主要原则、影响因素,总结评价流程,并建立相应评价指标体系。以物元分析理论为基础,建立项目可持续发展综合评价模型,并以阿拉尔——和田公路建设项目可持续发展评价为实例对模型进行验证。
Along with the scientific outlook on development goes deep into people＇s mind, it becomes an important research topic that how we kept the highway construction projection on a sustainable development. By explaining the content of sustainable development of the highway construction projection, this paper summarizes the main rules of the sustainable development evaluation, and analyze the various impact factors. Meanwhile, the paper summarizes the evaluation process and build up an evaluation indices system. Based on matter-element analysis theory, a sustainable development evaluation system is set up, and testi- fied by the sustainable development evaluation of Alar-Hotan highway construction projection.
