摘要
目的:观察福辛普利对舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)的疗效。方法:将61例DHF患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,全部给予抗DHF的常规治疗,治疗组加用福辛普利,治疗前后考察左室舒张功能变化。结果:两组总有效率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05,0.01)。结论:应用福辛普利可明显改善左室舒张功能,且安全、有效。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of fosinopriI treatment to diastolic heart fail. Methods： The 61 patients with diastolic heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, all given anti-diastolic heart failure of conventional therapy, the treatment group with fosinopril treatment of left ventricular diastolic function changes before and after the study.Results： The total effective rate of two compared groups was statistically significant.Conclusions： Application of fosinopfil can significantly improve diastolic function of left ventricular safely and effectively.
