摘要
危机公关事件中的强、弱势群体角色关系是相对的,并可能在各种因素的作用下发生相互转化。在这些因素中,信息资源具有决定作用。首先,知识水平和权益意识的提升增强了弱势群体获取、制作信息资源的能力;其次,传播媒介的使用使弱势群体成为信息发布者,强、弱势群体之间的这种相对关系为企业制定公关危机事件处理策略提供了深刻启示。
The part relations between strong groups and vulnerable groups are relative in PR crisis events. Under the role of all the factors, they may change into the reverse. In all of these factors, the information resource is a decisive one. At first, the rising of the knowledge degree and the sense of the rights and interests develops the vulnerable groups' ability to collect and make information resources. Second, by frequent contacting with mass media, the vulnerable groups transform into the reverse. The relative relations supply some profound enlightenment.
