摘要
为了找出篮球运动中损伤的原因及防治办法,通过走访、问卷调查、文献资料等研究方法,对商洛学院200名篮球爱好者进行了调查。结果显示:参加篮球运动初期,指、腕、踝等部位的损伤较多,以急性损伤为主;而后期损伤则主要集中在膝关节、踝关节,且以慢性损伤为主。指出提高思想认识,加强损伤知识的学习,改善场地器材条件,加强对易伤部位的保护,出现损伤及时治疗是减少运动损伤的主要办法。
To identify the causes of injury in basketball game and prevention methods, based on interviews, questionnaires, literature documents and other research methods are adopted in the research. 200 basketball players in Shangluo University are enrolled in the survey. It found that at the beginning stage of basketball game, players are usually suffered from wrist and ankle joint injury, and most of them are acute injury. The post - injury is mainly concentrated on the knee, ankle, and usually chronic damage. Therefore it is necessary to raise players' ideological understanding and strengthen injury knowledge, to improve the conditions of venues and equipment; to strengthen the protection of vulnerable joints that are very easily injured. All these measures are useful to reduce the injury. The main approach to reduce injury in basketball is timely treatment.
