摘要
涡流检测作为一种非破坏性检测方法,在金属材料无损检测领域得到了广泛应用,由于影响涡流的因素太多,所以涡流检测的定性、尤其是定量分析一直是个难点.通过分析,提出了基于人工神经网络的涡流检测方法,从而避开了建模,通过学习大量的实际范例对缺陷类型进行自动识别和分类.
Eddy current test, a nondestructive testing method, is widely applied in the field of nondestructive testing of metal material. Because there are many factors which have effect on eddy current, the qualitative analysis is always a difficult problem. This article puts forward a eddy current festing method based on the artificial neural networks. This method can avoid making models and let the defective types recognize and classify automatically by studding many practical examples.
