摘要
用反相高效液相色谱法分离并测定了麻黄中麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱,建立了该中药中麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱分离、测定的色谱方法.色谱条件:ODS柱,甲醇-20mmol/L磷酸二氢钾-三乙胺(9910.2V/V)为流动相,紫外检测波长为210nm.本研究为麻黄的质量评价提供了科学依据.
Ephedrine and pseudoephedrine in ephedrae herba are separated and determined by RP HPLC. A chromatographic method for the separation and determination of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine in this Chinese medicinal herb was established.Chromatographic conditions:ODS colum with methanol 20 mmol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate triethylamine(9∶91∶0.2 V/V ) as mobile phase,and UV detection at 210nm.A scientific basis for quality evaluation of ephedrae herba is provided.
