摘要
采用正硅酸乙脂为前驱物,用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米级二氧化硅(SiO2)粉,分别用X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜、红外光谱仪、差热扫描量热分析仪和白度测试仪对凝胶粉随温度变化的特征进行了分析测试.结果表明干凝胶在1200℃热处理1h仍是无定型的SiO2粉,其粒度大小为40nm左右,白度为92.1%.
Using tetraethylorsilicate as precursor, ethanol and deionized water as solvents, SiO 2 nanometer powders were prepared by sol gel method and characterized by X ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, FT IR spectrometer and differential scanning calormetry analyzer. The results show that the SiO 2 powders heated at 1 200 ℃ for 1 h are amorphous. The average size of the powders is about 40 nm, and the whiteness is 92 1%. On the other hand, with the increasing calcine temperature, the 962 cm -1 band of Si-OH bent vibration was disappeared, and the shift of the band of Si-O-Si anti symmetrical stretch vibration from 1 082 to 1 100 cm -1
