当代日本和韩国职业高等教育地位的变迁(一)
摘要
二次世界大战后到20世纪90年代，日本和韩国实现了经济的飞速发展，缔造了世界范围内广为称道的“经济奇迹”。两国政府采取的是国家控制的资本主义发展模式，政府为工业活动提供大量的经费支持，他们的劳动力既具有较高的生产率，且价格低廉。
