摘要
利用２－氨基－５－烷基－１，３，４－噻二唑，芳香醛和亚磷酸三苯酯的类Ｍａｎｎｉｃｈ反应，合成了１５个新型的α－氨基膦酸酯，它们的结构经１ＨＮＭＲ，ＩＲ，ＭＳ和元素分析证实，初步生测结果表明，化合物具有杀菌活性．
Fifteen novel α aminophosphonates containing 1,3,4 thiadiazole have been synthesized by the Mannich type reactions of 2 amino 5 alkyl 1,3,4 thiadiazole,aromatic aldehydes and triphenyl phosphite with glacial acetic acid as the solvent.The structures of products were confirmed by 1H NMR,IR,MS and elemental analysis.The results of preliminary bioassay showed that new compounds possess fungicidal activity.
