摘要
目的观察祛异康对子宫内膜异位症大鼠异位内膜COX-2及KGF表达的影响,探讨祛异康治疗子宫内膜异位症的机制。方法采用手术移植法建立大鼠子宫内膜异位症模型,随机分为空白对照组、模型组、祛异康高、中、低剂量组、丹那唑组。造模成功各组给药4W,免疫组化方法检测大鼠在位、异位子宫内膜组织COX-2及KGF的表达。结果各组大鼠异位子宫内膜组织COX-2及KGF与空白对照组比较,表达明显上升(P<0.05);祛异康低、中、高剂量组、丹那唑组与模型组相比COX-2及KGF表达明显下降(P<0.05)。结论祛异康能明显抑制异位症模型大鼠异位内膜的生长,其治疗机理可能是通过降低COX-2及KGF在异位内膜组织中的表达而实现的。
Objective To observe the effects of Qu Yi Kang on COX - 2 and KGF expression in rats with endometriosis, and to investigate the mechanism of Qu Yi Kang in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods The rats models of endometriosis was made by transplantation, and were randomized into the blank control group, model group, high, medium and low doses of Qu Yi Kang groups, and Danazol group. The medicine was given to each group for 4 weeks. The expressions of COX - 2 and KGF in endometrium of rats were determined with immunohistochemincal method. Results Compared with the blank control group, the expression of COX - 2 and KGF in other groups improved obviously ( p 〈 0. 05 ) ; compared with the model group, the expression of COX - 2 and KGF in high, medium and low doses of Qu Yi Kang groups and in Danazol group decreased markedly ( p 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion Qu Yi Kang can inhibit the growth of ectopic endometrium, and the mechanism may be achieved by reducing the expression of COX - 2 and KGF in the tissue of ectopic endometrium.
