摘要
风险社会是人类由简单现代性向反思现代性转变过程中的一种社会存在状态。人类对现代性的追求与技术的发展密不可分。由于人类对技术理性的过分张扬导致风险社会的来临,也使风险社会的技术伦理出现严重困境。为了摆脱这种困境,必须强化技术伦理意识,树立社会各个角色的责任伦理,进行技术伦理的不断创新,建立科学的技术伦理评价机制,使技术伦理成为有效应对社会风险的重要手段。
Risk society is a kind of social existence state of mankind during the transformational process from simple modernity to rethinking modernity. Man＇ s pursuit of modernity and development of technology are inseparable, and it is the over-exaggeration of technical rationality that leaded the approaching of risk society and consequently brought about the serious embarrassment of technology ethics of risk society. To get through the difficult situations and make technology ethics become an effective and vital way against social risk, the paper suggests the following measures： enhancing the awareness technology ethics to build a responsibility ethics of each social role, and upgrading the innovation of technology ethics to form a scientific mechanism of evaluating technology ethics.
