摘要
在CAS理论、SNT理论、RBT理论和前人研究成果的基础上,界定企业网络资源的概念,并将其分为实体资源、智力资源、文化资源和关系资源。在此基础上分析四类资源之间的关系,建立概念模型。
Based on complex adaptive systems theory （CAS）, social network theory （ SNT） , resource -based theory （RBT） and the existing research, we define the concept of inter- firm network resource. The resource is classified into physical assets, intellectual assets, cultural assets and relations assets. Finally, the relationship of the four assets is analyzed and conceptual model is built.
