摘要
目的:了解我院近三年来口服降糖药的应用情况。方法:采用销售金额排序法及DDDs排序法,对我院2006～2008年使用的口服降糖药的用药金额、用药频度等项指标进行统计分析。结果:口服降糖药用药金额逐年上升,格列吡嗪和二甲双胍的用药金额和DDDs排序稳居前三位,阿卡波糖增长迅速,用药金额2008年已跃居第一位。结论:我院临床使用的口服降糖药以磺酰脲类和双胍类为主,葡萄糖苷酶抑制药阿卡波糖发展前景广阔。
Objective： To study the status and developmental trend of the application of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital from 2006 to 2008. Method： The use of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital from 2006 to 2008 was analyzed statistically applying the indexes of order of consumption sum and DDDs. Result： The consumption sum of oral hypoglycemie drugs were increased year by year. The consumption sum and DDDs of glipizide and mefformin ranked constantly among the top three. The consumption sum of Acarbose was increased rapidly and ranked the first place in 2008. Conclusion： Sulfonylurea and biguanides also toke the lead among the oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital, and glycosidase inhibitors is developing quickly and will have a bright future.
