摘要
信息质量是信息网络发展的前提,从网络信息的本身特点看,必须解决信息质量最优化等实质问题,才能实现网络信息的价值。本文从质量管理角度分析了网络信息环境下信息质量管理与传统质量管理的区别,以及它的特殊性,增进对网络信息环境下信息质量管理的理解,使有助于网络中信息质量问题的正确解决。
Information Quality （IQ） is the prerequisite for the development of information network. From the essential characteristics of network information, it must solve the optimization of the quality of information to achieve the value of network information. In this article, on the point of view of the quality management, the special nature of information quality management （IQM） in the network information was analyzed, and differentiates the information quality management and traditional quality management as well. It was developed to the understanding of IQM in network information environment, enable contributing to the correct settlement of the quality problems of the network information environment.
