摘要
综述一氧化氮供体抗肿瘤作用机制的实验研究新进展,分类介绍一氧化氮供体型化合物及其抗肿瘤活性。一氧化氮供体可通过靶向释放一氧化氮,直接杀伤肿瘤细胞,提高肿瘤细胞对放化疗的敏感性,增强免疫系统作用,削弱肿瘤细胞侵袭能力,并抑制其转移,从而发挥抗肿瘤作用。
The recent experimental researches on the anti-tumor mechanism of nitric oxide (NO) donors were reviewed.
