摘要
大规模定制环境下,为建立一个高效、低冗余、易配置的产品族结构模型和相应的配置方法并且保证配置方案的可实现性,根据产品族的特点,以通用物料清单(GBOM)作为产品族的知识表示方法,提出了一种基于变量驱动的GBOM产品族模型的建立方法,并给出了形式化表示;通过使用统一建模语言(UML)语言实现了产品族模型的结构化设计;最后,给出了微波炉的配置实例。研究结果表明,该方法为实现产品族配置系统提供了理论基础。
In the mass customization environment, aiming at the foundation of a high-efficient, low-redundant and easy-configuration product family model, the relevant configuration method and the availability of the precept has to be resolved. According to the character of product family, a foundation method of generic bill-of-materials(GBOM) product family model based on variable driving was presented and formalized. GBOM was used to describe the knowledge of product family. And the configuration design of product family was realized by using unified modeling language( UML). A configuration case of micro-wave oven was given in the end. The research results show that the method supports the configuration system with academic foundation.
