摘要
文章介绍了在不同实验方法和工艺条件下,利用不同浓度的乙二醛对棉织物进行免烫整理,并测试其折皱回复角和拉伸断裂强力,通过对实验结果的对比分析,从而得出最佳浓度、实验方法以及工艺条件。证明了用其可代替产生甲醛产物的树脂整理剂。
With different experimental method, the crease recovery angle and tensile breaking strength were tested after no-iron finish on cotton fabrics under the condition of different glyoxal concentration. From the comparision and analysis of various test results, the optimum concentration, test method and technical condition to use glyoxal as reagent were reached. The research proves that using glyoxal to replace other formaldehyde resin is feasible.
