摘要
在不同Si/Al比的ZA40合金中加入Bi元素。研究了Bi对高铝锌基合金的尺寸稳定性及初生硅相形态的影响。Bi使合金的尺寸稳定性显著提高,提高了79.3%。Bi对含硅高铝锌基合金中的初生硅具有明显的细化作用。
Bi element was added into ZA40 alloy with different Si/Al ratio. Effect of Bi on the dimension stability and primary silicon phase of high aluminum zinc alloy were studied in this paper. The result showed that Bi significantly improved the dimension stability and refined primary silicon phase of high aluminum zinc alloy with silicon.
