摘要
以常规方法对9个辣椒品种(品系)种子中的可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量进行测定和比较分析,结果表明,辣椒种子中可溶性糖含量较高,不同品种间差异较大;可溶性蛋白含量亦较高,不同类别材料间差异较大,同类别品种差异不大。
The soluble sugar and soluble protein contents in seeds of 9 pepper varieties (lines) special for pigment were determined and analyzed by conventional methods. The results indicated that the contents of soluble sugar and protein in pepper seeds were both higher. The differences of soluble sugar were larger among varieties, while those of protein content were larger among the classes and less among the varieties belonging to the same class.
