摘要
AlN主要作为Hi-B钢生产的抑制剂来抑制初次晶粒的长大,促进二次再结晶。本文分析总结了国内外对Hi-B钢中AlN抑制剂固溶析出行为的研究工作,并提出了进一步研究的方向。
As the main inhibitor of Hi-B steel,the particles of A1N can inhibit the growth of the primary grains and promote the secondary recrystallization. Research on behaviors of solution and precipitation of the AlN inhibitor in high magnetic induction grain-oriented silicon steel at home and aboard were analyzed and summarized, and the development trends were put forward in this paper.
