口服佳蓉片配合激光治疗皮肤光老化疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察口服中药佳蓉片配合激光治疗皮肤光老化的疗效及反弹情况。方法:皮肤光老化患者98例,随机分为3组:Ⅰ组(中药治疗),29例;Ⅱ组(激光治疗),33例;Ⅲ组(激光联合中药治疗),36例,共治疗4个月。疗效评价标准综合采用描述性评分方法和图像分析法,同时观察第6、12、18个月皮肤光老化的反弹情况。结果:治疗后3组总有效率分别为55.2%,81.8%,88.9%,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组疗效优于I组(P<0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ组之间无差异(P>0.05)。第18个月,Ⅲ组反弹例数低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组,P<0.05。结论:口服佳蓉片辅助激光治疗皮肤光老化费用低、安全,在延缓皮肤光老化反弹发生、减轻反弹程度上有效。 Objective To observe the effects of Jiarong tablet in oral administration combined with assisting laser on treating skin photoaging,in order to postpone the rebound and to alleviate rebounding symptoms of photoaging.Methods 98 cases of photoaging patients were randomly divided into three groups.Group Ⅰ,Chinese medicine group;Group Ⅱ,laser Group;group Ⅲ,laser and Chinese medicine group.The treatment course was four months.Description grading method and picture analyzing method were adopted as criteria of therapeutic evaluation.Rebound conditions in the sixth month,twelfth month,eighteenth month were observed.Results Rebounded cases in group Ⅲ were fewer than those in Ⅰ and group Ⅱ in eighteenth month(P〈0.05).Conclusion Jiarong tablet in oral administration combined with assisting laser in treating skin photoaging is cheap and safe,which is effective in postponing rebound and alleviating rebounding symptoms on skin photoaging.
