New recognition and biological research progresses of skin pigmentation

摘要 人体皮肤的色素沉着过程非常重要,它不仅决定皮肤、眼睛和头发的颜色,还可以保护皮肤免受紫外线的过度照射。尽管色素障碍性皮肤病的病因不全相同,但均存在不同程度的黑素代谢障碍。了解黑素的合成、转移及其代谢过程有助于理解皮肤色素沉着的复杂过程。目前的研究表明至少有125个基因直接或间接的参与其中。
