微创腋臭根治器的研制与临床应用

摘要 目的:探讨微创腋臭根治器(实用新型专利)治疗腋臭腋汗症的可行性和临床效果。方法:对我科门诊2006年7月~2008年9月,在肿胀麻醉技术下,采用微小切口运用微创腋臭根治器负压刮吸清除腋部大汗腺(顶泌汗腺)方法治疗的109例患者,进行回顾性分析总结。结果:手术后6~24个月间,109例患者中107例获得满意疗效,根治率98.1%。术后留有微小点状痕迹,并发症少(2.8%)。结论:微创腋臭根治器行皮下大汗腺刮吸清除术具有损伤更小,操作时间短,痛苦轻,手术恢复较快,根治率高,疗效彻底,术后并发症少等优点。是治疗腋臭腋汗症安全、可靠、符合美学的新方法,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To study clinical implement. Methods A prospective effect and feasibility to cure the ax study to 109 patients, which had aporines via a minimally invasive radical implement from July 2006 illary osmidrosis by a minimally invasive radical been treated excision of the subcutaneous to September 2008. Results We had been followed up for a minimum of six months, 107 patients (98.1%) were very satisfied with the radical operation. And the postoperative complications (2.8%) were minor. Conclusion The operation has the advantage of a high success rate in radical elimination of the malodour with minor complications. It is a perfect surgery method to cure the axillary bromhidrosis.
