促红细胞生成素对重击法致大鼠眼挫伤后视网膜的影响

摘要 目的:研究大鼠眼挫伤后促红细胞生成素(erythropoietin,EPO)对fas和caspase-3mRNA在视网膜表达的影响及视网膜电图的变化。方法:用Real-timePCR法检测EPO治疗组和致伤对照组SD大鼠视网膜fas和caspase-3mRNA表达的变化。在造模前后进行FERG检测,观察FERG-b波振幅值的变化。结果:rhEPO可显著降低眼挫伤大鼠视网膜fas和caspase-3mRNA的表达(P<0.05),并显著改善眼挫伤大鼠FERG-b波振幅值(P<0.01)。结论:rhEPO可显著降低眼挫伤后大鼠视网膜fas和caspase-3mRNA的表达,并显著提高眼挫伤大鼠FERG-b波振幅。 AIM:To study the effect of erythropoietin (EPO) on the mRNA expression of fas and caspase-3 and the changes of flash electroretinogram (FERG). METHODS. The fas mRNA and caspase-3 mRNA were examined by Real-time PCR. The differences were analyzed. FERG were detected before and after molding. The differences of the amplitude of FERG-b wave were compared. RESULTS.rhEPO could bring down the expression of fas and caspase-3 mRNA obviously ( P 〈 0.05) and improve the amplitude of FERG-b wave obviously( P〈 0.01 ). CONCLUSION: rhEPO has an important role in reducing the expression of fas and caspase-3 in rats' retina after contusion, and can significantly improve the amplitude of FERG-b wave after ocular contusion.
