冷藏平衡盐溶液对LASEK术后眼部刺激症状的影响

摘要 目的:观察冷藏平衡盐溶液对LASEK术后疼痛等眼部刺激症状的影响。方法:采用自身对照法观察60例120眼接受LASEK的患者,1眼在术中应用冷藏的平衡盐溶液冷却、水化角膜基质床20s,然后冲洗、复位上皮瓣,另1眼用常温平衡盐溶液完成上述操作。在LASEK术后7d每日复查,观察眼部刺激症状、角膜上皮愈合时间等,将所得的数据进行统计学分析,比较冷藏平衡盐溶液组与对照组的差别。结果:冷藏平衡盐溶液组术后眼部疼痛等刺激症状较对照组明显减轻,两组之间差别有统计学意义(t=8.633,P<0.05)。两组角膜上皮愈合时间基本一致,差别无统计学意义(t=0.519)。冷藏平衡盐溶液组未见严重并发症和不良反应。结论:冷藏平衡盐溶液在LASEK术中应用能够减轻术后疼痛等眼部刺激症状,且对患者安全,无明显毒副作用。 AIM: To investigate the effects of chilled balanced salt solutions on reducing ocular pain after laser epithelial keratomileusis ( LASEK). METHODS: Sixty patients 120 eyes were observed by self-contrast (L vs R). One eye was cooled by chilled balanced salt solutions; the cornea stroma was hydrated for 20 seconds, and then washed; epithelial flap was restored. The other eye completed the operation with room temperature balanced salt solution. The patients were reviewd per day for seven days after LASEK. Eye irritation and corneal epithelial healing time, and so on were observed. All the data underwent statistical analysis to compare the difference between the two groups. RESULTS: For the chilled balanced salt solution group, irritation such as postoperative ocular pain decreased obviously compared with the control group, and there were significant differences between the two groups( t = 8. 633, P 〈 0.05). Corneal epithelial healing time of both groups were basically the same, and the difference was not statistically significant (t = 0. 519 ). No serious complications and adverse reactions occurred in chilled balanced salt solution group. CONCLUSION: The application of chilled balanced salt solution in LASEK can reduce eye irritation such as postoperative pain and seems to be safe for patients and there were no significant toxic and sideeffects.
