摘要
在阐述现代农业高效用水技术研究发展趋势与特征基础上,提出相关研究重点与内容.现代农业高效用水技术研究发展趋势与特征主要表现在:研究目标趋于综合性,研究手段与方法趋于多元性,研发方式趋于技术升级与系统集成.基于高新技术对传统技术和产品进行升级改造成为支撑农业节水可持续发展的亮点所在,创制绿色节能产品与材料成为促进农业节水产品升级换代和产业结构优化调整的前提条件,生物(理)节水、精量灌溉节水、非常规水开发利用成为现代农业高效用水技术研究重点,技术系统集成与发展模式构建成为推动农业节水社会、经济和环境实效的重要保障措施.应从前沿技术、关键技术、技术集成与产业化及其发展战略与对策等方面入手,系统开展农业高效用水技术研究与创新,构建适合中国国情的现代农业高效用水技术体系.
The relevant study priorities and contents are put forward on the basis of elaborating the trends and characteristics of modern efficient agricultural water use technologies. The trends and characteristics of modern efficient agricultural water use technologies are mainly represented as follows: the objective of study tends to be comprehensive; the techniques and method tend to be diverse; and the manner of study tends to be technology-upgrading and system integrating. Upgrading and rehabilitating conventional technologies on the basis of innovative and high technologies have become the significant supports and high points for the sustainable development of agricultural water savings; creating environment-friendly and energy-saving products and materials has become the essential prerequisites to advance the upgrading of agricultural water saving products and to optimize the adjustment of industrial structure, water savings through biology or physiology and precise irrigation as well as unconventional water development and use have become the top priorities in the study of modern efficient agricultural water use technologies; and integration of technical systems and structuring of development models have become the important supporting measures for promoting agricultural water saving society, economy as well as substantial environmental results. The systematic study and innovation of efficient agricultural water use technologies should start with advanced technologies, key technologies as well as technology integration and industrialization and its development strategies and countermeasures so that to build a technical system for modern efficient agricultural water use that suits the conditions of China.
