小型生活污水处理设备的设计与研究

摘要 采用BIOFOR设备处理小型生活污水的最佳运行条件为V(气):V(水)为4:1、pH值为7~8,此时COD去除率为70%~86%,出水水质可以达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级B标准。该工艺适合人口分布分散的边远矿山和农村地区,能有效控制我国小集镇和农村生活污水点源污染问题,对大力推动新农村建设具有积极意义。 BIOFOR wastewater treatment device is used to treat a small amount of domestic sewage. The removal efficiency of COD can reach 70%-86% at the conditions of gas-water ratio 4:1 and pH 7-8, and the effluent quality can reach the standard of first-class B specified in the Discharge Standard for Pollutants of Urban Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB18918-2002). This technology is suitable for domestic sewage treatment in remote mine and rural areas. It can effectively control water pollution in these areas and has positive effect on new village construction in China.
